Type Selection Configuration Table

Notes:

1. The data above is the configuration under PN1.6MPa standard torque, just for reference. For more details, please refer to the real torque of the valves.
2. When selecting electric actuator, please set the working torque as 60%～80% of the rated output torque. 
3. When the required torque is larger than 6000N·m, please choose CZ multiple-turn or CB part-turn series actuators.
4. The protection class of the BEST series actuators is IP65. If IP67 is required, it should be customized or CG, CQ, CB and CZ series should be selected.
5. The BEST-100 series actuator only has DC24V, without DC12V and DC220V.
6. When BEST-05 actuator is equipped with DN80 soft seal butterfly valve, it is only limited to wafer type. Flange type soft seal butterfly valve shall be equipped with BEST-10 actuator.
7. For use in plateau areas (areas above elevation of 3,000 metres), the actuator should be configured with a one-increment larger size.
8. The power supply is 50Hz and 60Hz universal, the voltage tolerance of ±10% is allowed.

TBEST Series Integral Type Electric Actuator

Features

01. When driven by three-phase power supply, it has the function of automatic identification of phase sequence and phase failure protection
02. Adjust the combination of analog control and open/closed control, which can be freely selected according to the needs of the site
03. Various wiring modes can be used for open/closed value control, which is convenient and flexible
04. The on-site button light box adopts the non penetrating design to improve the sealing characteristics of the whole machine
05. The multi contact output indicates the working state of the electric device, which is convenient for the DCS system 
      to monitor the electric device
