CB series actuators have features of large torque output, explosion proof, active&passive signal output, normally equipped with manual device, weather proof, etc. All these characteristics outperform 
CQ series actuators and the application range is wider.
CB series actuator is available with Profibus, Modbus, HART Protocols, etc.

02. Auto-lock: Double worm driving structure with auto-lock function, which can prevent the inversion of valve disc/spool
03. Safety guaranteed: Pass 2000VAC withstand voltage test, Class F insulated motor, safe guaranteed
04. Convenient usage: Oil free, point check free, water proof, rust proof
05. Handwheel: When power off or under emergency, you can open or shut the valve manually
06. Travel control: Open direction and closed direction equipped with two micro switches each can enhance modulatingaccuracy
07. Valve position indicator: With visual valve position indicator
08. Control mode: Open/closed type, adjusting type, integral type
09. Installation method: It is recommended that the actuator be installed vertically upward, horizontal installation requires support, it is forbidden to install the actuator downward

 Notes:

1. The customized output speed of CB-05～120 can reach 2r/min.
2. Manual speed ratio: Ratio of number of turns of the handwheel to that of the output shaft of the valve stem.
3. When valves (ball valves and butterfly valves) are equipped, 90° action time=output speed×90÷360°. 

  Note: Unit of motor speed: r/min.

3. Connection Method and Flange Dimension Diagram

 Notes:

1. FA flange is GB/T12223-89 standard, it´s the same as ISO5211 standard, which is highly recommended&first choice for customers.
2. FB&FC are counter flange of special requirement products.
3. The bolt holes on FC3 and 8 bolt holes on FA are equally spaced.
4. The dimension of FA´s keyway (b, L) needs customization according to customers supply of accurate measurement of the stem.
5. "Positive number" in column "h" in the table indicates the boss size, "0" indicates the plane, and "negative number" indicates the concave size.
