Features

CZ series actuator is mainly used for valves´ open/closed parts executing linear action, e.g.: Gate valve,
globe valve, diaphragm valve, plug valve, sluice gate, etc., which has features of large torque output, 
explosion proof, active&passive signal output, normally equipped with manual device (handwheel), 
weather proof, etc. 
CZ series actuator is available with Profibus, Modbus, HART protocols, etc.

01. Drive motor: Adopts three-phase asynchronous motor, which can generate large torque when starting
02. Auto-lock: Double worm driving structure with auto-lock function
03. Safety guaranteed: Pass 2000VAC withstand voltage test, Class F insulated motor, safety guaranteed
04. Convenient usage: Oil free, point check free, weather proof, rust proof
05. Handwheel: When power off or under emergency, you can open or closed the valve manually
06. Travel control: Open direction and closed direction equipped with two micro switches each can enhance adjusting 
      accuracy  
07. Valve position indicator: With visual valve position indicator
08. Control mode: Open/closed type, regulating type, integral type
09. Installation method: It is recommended that the actuator be installed vertically upward, horizontal installation 
      requires support, it is forbidden to install the actuator downward

 Notes:

1. Output rotation speed corresponds with motor power, the data on the left is normal value, e.g. CZ-10 output rotation speed 24r/min corresponds with motor power 0.25kw which   is normal value.
2. We can offer special requirement on rotation speed such as 12/18/24/30/36/42/48/60 (r/min).
3. Normal three-layer counting device, when it´s offered four-layer counting device, the max turns presented as turns count×10.
4. CZ-45～60 can be equipped with 20:1 manual gearbox, CZ-90～120 can be equipped with 25:1 manual gearbox.
