01. It can be installed at multiple angles, but it is strictly forbidden for the actuator to face downwards
Keep it vertically upward&installed horizontally which may extend life span
02. With emergency manual device---with emergency handle, motor with overheating protection device
03. With visual valve position indicator and valve position signal output (contact or analog signal output)
04. Applicable medium temperature:
Carbon steel lined with F46---Ⅲa: -29～150℃, carbon steel lined with F4---[Ⅲ]a: -29～180℃
Stainless steel lined with F46---Ⅲb: -40～150℃, stainless steel lined with F4---[Ⅲ]b: -40～180℃
05. Nominal pressure: Normal---PN16bar, special---PN10bar
06. Applicable medium: Strong corrosive medium such as strong acid, strong alkali and strong oxidant
(without particulate impurities)
07. Lining material: PTFE (code: F4) and FEP (code: F46)
08. Valve body material: Cast Steel WCB (code: C), SS304 (code: B), SS316 (code: R), SS316L (code: L)
09. Control mode and signal output:
C800---standard open/closed type (active contact output) C800-◇---passive contact output type

Notes:

The flange is manufactured according to HG/T20592 standard by default, and can also be manufactured according to the standards specified by users, such as JB/T79-1994, GB/T9124, ANSI, JIS, DIN and other standards.
PN25bar flange can be customized, but the actual operation pressure is no more than 16bar.
This series has no screw connection or clip connection.
The above table shows the dimension when equipped with CG actuator, if selecting BEST, CQ series actuators, please refer to the dimensions of each actuator.
