Notes I:

1. The service life is 70,000 times under 1.0MPa in room temperature water parameters. The life span is different due to parameters differential.
2. Intenal and external thread (one end for internal, the other end for external) interface can be customized for C520-20～32.  
3. The error within the range of ±2s is considered qualifiedsince the action time is affected by the valve body.
4. There´s only copper body instead of stainless steel body for DN32.

Notes II:

1. G thread is the normal thread, and NPT thread is optional without quantity limit.
2. When the medium temperature is 100～120℃, a high temperature bracket should be added, and the total height of the product is H+57mm.
3. When the medium temperature is 120～150℃, a high temperature bracket should be added, the total height of the product is H+107mm, and the seal is wear-resistant PTFE.
4. Because the DN08/DN10 valve body is small and the pipeline is thin, it is generally necessary to stick abracket on the actuator shell. When installing, use the bracket to connect it to the pipeline/side wall to support the valve to prevent the interface from leaking due toloose fittings caused by vibrating with gravity.

Notes III:

1. If the valve body is DN15, the tetrafluoro metal ball can be optionally plated to improve the anti-fouling ability. E.g.: Superheated water is prone to fouling.
2. The valve stem can be optionally plated with PTFE toimprove the anti-fouling ability, reduce friction and prolong the life span of packing (such as gas medium).
3. There´s no O ring in the DN08/DN10 valve body, and wear-resistant PTFE can be used as the valve seat if the gas medium is relatively dry.

Notes: 

1. ~ means AC or DC power supply, ± means DC power supply. K is connected to positive, and black is connected to negative when using DC power supply.
2. This series defaults to the relay signal output, and the feedback signal is synchronized with the valve position (the drive power supply disconnection will cause the signal to be lost), and the micro switch signal output can also be customized (the signal output and manual device can only be picked one of two at this time).
3. Only the wiring method *4-◇/*4 can be chosen and the power supply voltage should only be DC24V if 2s action time is customized. 
4. There is no signal feedback if select *2, *3, *4, *6 and *7 for the wiring , and there´s signal feedback if select *2-◇, *3-◇, *4-◇, *6-◇ and *7- ◇.
5. Feedback signal contact capacity: 0.5A-30V.DC; 0.1A-250V.AC.

Manual Function Instructions

1. The manual function must be in de-energized condition.
2. Lift the manual button, and then rotate the handwheel to the desired valve position.
3. It means open when the red line on the pointer in the indicator window is parallel to the pipe, and means closed when it is perpendicular to the pipe.
4. After using the manual function, the manual button must be reset so that the electric function can be used normally.

Note: When the customized action time is 2s, the actuator power is 10W.
