05. Applicable medium temp.: Normal Ⅲb: -40～150℃, special Ⅲd: -9～150℃
06. AB311 series applicable pressure: Normal 0.5～1.6MPa, special 0.05～0.5MPa can be customized
AB611 series applicable pressure: Normal 0.5～1.6MPa, special 0.05～0.5MPa can be customized
07. Setting pressure deviation:±3%，AB311 series setting pressure ＞ 0.1MPa can be adjusted on site within spring adjustable range, setting
pressure ＜ 0.1MPa directly riveted and not adjustable;AB611 series is riveted, can't be adjusted on site
08. Return pressure: 85～90% setting pressure
09. To be installed vertically is suggested, otherwise valve core will return to the seat abnormally
10. Valve body material: Normal Lead Brass HPb59-1 (code:T), special needs can be customized in bulk
11. Valve disc sealing material: normal—silicon rubber (code:G), special—VITON (code:V), steel ball sealing (code:Z)

2. AB611 series has no plastic protection cover.

Setting Pressure Adjusting Procedures of AB311 Series Safety Valve
1. Dismantle manual ring-pull 9
2. Remove protection cover 8 (remove it hard and directly)
3. Loosen locknut 6 with wrench
4. Screw adjusting nut 7 with wrench, screw it clockwise, setting pressure increases; screw it counter clockwise, setting pressure
decreases.
5. After then, screw locknut 6 tightly again with wrench, until adjusting nut 7 is tight.
