Features

01. Adopt advanced manufacture craft and technology from Taiwan, China. It can replace imported products with the same series
02. AB712 series has handle, half closed, there's leakage at the joint of handle 01 and protection cover 02 while valve disc is lifting, not applicable for poisonous, harmful, flammable and explosive medium; AQ702 series has no handle, fully closed
03. Inlet male thread, outlet female thread
04. Spring semi lift type, valve disc value lift d0/40～d0/20 (d0 is throat diameter)
05. Applicable pressure: 0.1～3.5MPa, AQ702-15-□"setting pressure 3～6MPa (see more details on P015 Safety Valve's Setting Pressure Level)
06. Setting pressure deviation: See more details on P015 Safety Valve's Setting Pressure Deviation
07. To be installed vertically is suggested, otherwise may cause opening pressure deviation or leakage
08. Valve body material: Bronze (code: T)
09. Valve disc guide vane can make sure that valve disc returns to seat without deviation after lifting, and has good sealing performance
10. Valve disc sealing material: Normal fluororubber (VITON, code:V)
special fluoroplastic (PTFE, code:P)
Reinforced PTFE (RPTFE, code:P), Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM, code:E)
11. When the pressure is higher than 7bar, the valve disc sealing material needs to be PTFE/RPTFE sealing (rubber sealing is prone to damage under long-term pressure)
