Features
01. Without handle, fully closed, inlet clamp connection, outlet clamp connection
02. Spring low lift type, valve disc value lift d0/40～d0/20 (d0 is throat diameter)
03. Ball shape valve body, not easy to form dead angle, internal and external surface are sanitary and clean
04. Valve body material: SS304 (code:B), SS316 (code:R), SS316L (code:L)
05. Applicable pressure: 0.1～1.0MPa (see for more details on page 15 Safety Valve Setting Pressure Level)
06. Widely used in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, dairy products, beverages, beer, and fine chemicals
07. Must be installed vertically, otherwise valve core will return to the seat abnormally
08. Valve disc sealing material: Normal---EPDM (code:E), applicable temp.Ⅱb: -39～120℃
special---NBR (code:N), applicable temp. Ia: -9～80℃；
PTFE (PTFE, code:P), applicable temp. Ⅲd:-9～150℃
silicone rubber (code:G), applicable temp. Ⅳb:-40～200℃
VITON (code:V), applicable temp. Ⅲd:-9～150℃, due to toxicity, mustn't be used for food grade purposes
