Structure Features

1.Automatic pressure relief

Inside the valve, the medium's pressure goes up abnormally because of the temperature variation. Medium pressure pushes valve seat away from the ball, which can realize automatic pressure relief, after pressure relief, valve will have automatic reset.

2.Anti jamming structure

Trunnion ball valve applies spring preload, valve seat sealing is double plunger, according to plunger principle sealing, the upper and lower sides of the seat can block the fluid. Install vent valves inside the valve to drain.

3.Fireproof structure
When fire occurs or the temp. Goes up abnormally, PTFE will be burned or softened. Valve seat supporting ring fireproof sealing surface will be connected with the ball, which can realize good sealing and be in accordance with API 607 requirements.

4. The emergency protection for sealing
Because the particles in the medium or the fire cause the valve seat's accident damage, the grease valve can be connected with grease gun quickly, which can inject grease into the valve seat sealing parts fast and conveniently and reduce the leakage.

5. Full diameter design and drainage function
Can provide full diameter design or reduced valve according to users' requirements. Full size valve's flow diameter is the same as pipe inner diameter, which can reduce eddy, easy to sweep the pipeline. Drain valve is installed at the bottom of valve, easy to clean the pipeline.

6.Anti-static design
Apply spring of chromium nickel stainless steel and the prill which can make ball, valve stem and valve body mutual conductive, then release the static totally.

The national standard series flanges are manufactured according to JB/T79-1994 standards by default, and can also be manufacturedaccording to user specified standards, such as HG/T20592, GB/T9124, etc.
The American standard series flanges are manufactured according to the ANSI B16.5 standard by default, and can also be manufacturedaccording to user specified standards.
The weight in the above table is the reference weight of PN16bar, please refer to the actual product.
Conventional handle with a nominal diameter of DN ≤ 150, worm gear transmission with a nominal diameter of DN ≥ 200, andelectric, pneumatic, hydraulic and other actuators can also be equipped according to user requirements.
The torque of the PN16bar DN250 fixed ball valve is smaller than that of the floating ball valve. When PN ≥ 10MPa, fixed ball valvesare generally considered.
