Working principle

Valve spool sealing surface is cubic surface, valve seat sealing surface is a curved surface. At sealing point, valve seat surface is really valve spool cubic surface's section. So it can be perfect compound, can have positioning overlap in the center and compensate the wear(see figure 1).
Rotary center deviates from the geometric center of valve spool and valve body, it's similar to double eccentric butterfly valve, small opening and closing torque(see figure 2).

The flange is manufactured according to the GB/T9124 standard by default, and can also be manufactured according to user specified standards, such as JB/T79-1994,HG/T20592, ANSI, JIS, DIN, etc.
The default for wafer type wafer flanges is GB/T9124 butt welding flanges, or butterfly valve wafer specific flat welding flanges can be used. Please consult our sales or customer service if other standard flanges match.
