For explosion-proof solenoid valve is used in the explosive environment, which must confirm to Gb50058 Code for design of electrical installations in explosive atmospheres and GB3836 Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres,please select appropriate EX mark strictly.
Installation and maintenance of explosion-proof solenoid valve must simultaneously confirm to GB50257 Code for construction and acceptance of electric equipment on fire and explosion hazard electric equipment installation engineering and the 15th part of Electrical installation in hazardous area in Gb3836·15 Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres.
Please be sure to use the same level explosion-proof terminal box to connect an external power supply cord when there's lead wire. Single color lead wire is the power line. The colored wire is the grounding wire (sometimes the grounding wire's color is black). Reliably ground the product when using it. We can supply explosion-proof terminal box.
Timely check the cable sealing ring 18, if aging, please replace it.
Timely check the explosion-proof jointing surface, if broken, please replace it.
Our company’s explosion-proof solenoid valves are not suitable for place I--- mustn´t be used in the mine！
When maintain solenoid valve, you must obey the regulation that open the cover after the power is off for 15 minutes！
The user is not allowed to change electrical components of products！
The housing is provided with grounding terminal , when using the product, the wire should be reliably grounding！
