01. Diameter range: DN50～600, nominal pressure: Normal PN10bar, special PN6, 16bar, air source pressure: 3～8bar
02. The upper seal is sealed with round packing, which has small sealing area and good performance and solves the problem of leaking
gas or liquid medium with low viscosity due to the large sealing area of rectangular packing in the rising stem knife gate valve
03. Valve body material: Cast Iron (code: C), Cast Steel WCB (code: C), SS304 ( code: B), SS316 (code: R)
04. Control mode: QZ11---single acting NC QZ12---single acting NO QZ2---double acting control
QZ114X---single acting NC regulating type QZ124X---single acting NO regulating type
QZ24X---double acting regulating type
Note: X=1 refers to the regulating type 4～20mA. DC input and no signal output (normal)
X=2 refers to the regulating type 4～20mA. DC input and output (special)
05. The flow direction of medium should be consistent with the arrow direction on the valve body, if two-way sealing is required, soft seals on
both sides should be customized
06. Mounted at any angle, keep cylinder vertically upward&installed horizontally which may extend life span
