Features
01. YDM22 series rotary hydraulic actuator is a new type of hydraulic actuator developed by our company based on learning foreign
advanced technology
02. Main characteristics: Small size, high pressure endurance of shell, large torque output, stable operation without noise
03. Used for all kinds of rotary valves, e.g.: Hydraulic ball valve, hydraulic butterfly valve, hydraulic plug valve, etc.
04. Can be controlled remotely to execute regulating control or realize quick open/closed function
05. Bottom connection designed and manufactured in compliance with ISO5211, general purpose, easy to fit other valves
06. Adopt pinion and rack transmission, simple and reliable structure, strong and durable
07. Piston utilizes integral forged structure, can bear 20MPa pressure, with large output torque
08. Manual operating mechanism optional
09. To realize remote control, limit switch, travel switch, proximity switch can be mounted on the top of actuator
10. Through adjusting bolt to realize fully open/closed ±5° micro control
11. Widely used in industrial pipeline control system for petrochemical industry, metallurgy and papermaking, nuclear power, boiler
equipment, military ship, etc.
Main Technical Data
1. Rated hydraulic pressure 2.0～20.0MPa, hydraulic source temp. -9～80℃
2. Ambient temp.: Normal -20～85℃,low temp. -39～70℃
3. Hydraulic source must be clean and neutral non-corrosive medium (e.g.: Hydraulic liquid)
4. Not suitable for high vibration sites
5. Under normal working condition, no need for lubricant
6. Outdoor type, can be used both inside and outside room
Working Principle
- When hydraulic fluid (oil) flows from P1 to chamber A, with the fluid pressure, the piston moves towards left, P2 discharges fluid, simultaneously, pinion rotates counterclockwise, valve opens. You can adjust the open degree by modulating the position of adjusting bolt. Generally, the micro-control angle is ±5°.
- When hydraulic fluid (oil) flows from P2 to chamber B, with the fluid pressure, the piston moves towards right, P1 discharges fluid, simultaneously, pinion rotates clockwise, valve closes. You can adjust the open degree by modulating the position of adjusting bolt. Generally, the micro-control angle is ±5°.
