01. This valve can work in situations where there is no power source or air source. It is an energy-saving pressure control valve that
utilizes the pressure change of the regulated medium itself to achieve automatic regulation and stabilize the pressure before or
behind the valve to a constant value
02. It is suitable for automatic control of pressure relief and stabilization (before the valve) or pressure relief and stabilization
(behind the valve) of medium such as steam and non-corrosive gas/liquid, as well as pressure regulation of medium such as high
viscosity liquids and suspended particles
03. Use the effective working area of the piston to detect pressure changes, push the valve core up and down to achieve pressure
regulation before or behind the valve, eliminating the need for external pressure pipes, and avoiding coking, solidification, and
blockage of the pressure pipes caused by the use of pressure pipe structures

Determination of the Action Mode of the Complete Machine

Self-actuated pressure control valve type 2 is a control valve that controls the pressure before the valve. The initial position of the valve coreis in the closed position. When the pressure before the valve gradually increases, the valve gradually opens when it exceeds the set value, untilthe pressure before the valve stabilizes at the required set value.
Self-actuated pressure control valve type 1 is a control valve that controls the pressure behind the valve. The initial position of the valve coreis in the open position. When the pressure behind the valve gradually increases, the valve gradually closes when it exceeds the set value, untilthe pressure behind the valve stabilizes at the required set value.
