Main Role
- Discharge the excess gas generated in the system or container.
- When the vacuum is generated in the closed container due to the decrease of the liquid level, the air is inhaled through the exhaust valve to maintain the pressure balance in the container.
Working Principle
When the water injection in the tube begins, the plug head 5 is in the open position, and a large amount of exhaust is carried out, when empty the gas is discharged, water accumulates in the valve, float 7 is floated, and the transmission plug head 5 is to the closed position to stop the discharge gas, when the water in the pipe is transported normally, if a small amount of air collects in the valve to a considerable extent, the water level inside the valve drops, and the float 7 drops with it, at which point the air is discharged through the exhaust hole, as the pump stop, the water flow in the tube is empty or negative pressure is generated in the tube, the float bowl 7 moves down so that the plug head 5 is fast open, inhale in air, and ensure the pressure balance in the line.
