Product Overview

Pneumatic angle seated valve has small flow resistance, large flow and no water hammer, widely used
in machinery and electronics industry, petrochemicals, energy and metallurgy, urban construction and
environmental protection as well as other industries like pharmaceutical, textile, dyeing and printing,
tobacco, rubber, etc., owning obvious unique advantages in the automatic control of fluid.

Protection cover selection principle

Double acting R type stainless steel actuator must be equipped with protection cover
Single acting normally open R typestainless steel actuator must be equipped with protection cover
Single acting normally closed type actuator can be optionally equipped with protection cover
L type actuator without protection cover

Notes:

The thread connection is ZG=PT=Rc by default and can be customized according to users´ requirements, such as G=Rp, NPT and so on.
The flange is manufactured according to JB/T79-1994 standard by default and can also be manufactured according to the standards specified by users, such as GB/T9124, HG/T20592, ANSI, JIS, DIN and other standards.
*indicates aluminum alloy actuator.
The configuration of the above cylinder is for medium pressure: 0~8bar, for 8~16bar type, actuator should be configured with a one-increment larger cylinder.

(1) For pneumatic solenoid valve, please choose 3/2 way, e.g. our Z1732-04 solenoid valve.
(2) Actuator air inlet 2 connects to air source. Install silencer at air-vent 1.

Notes:

(1) For pneumatic solenoid valve, please choose 3/2 way, e.g. our Z1732-04 solenoid valve.
(2) Actuator air inlet 1 connects to air source. Install silencer at air-vent 2.

3. Double acting type control principle and air source wiring diagram (diagram 3)

Notes:

(1) For pneumatic solenoid valve, please choose 5/2 way, e.g. our Z1753-04 solenoid valve.
(2) When air enters air inlet 1, pneumatic valve closes, port 2 is air vent. When port 2 becomes air inlet, port 1 is air vent, pneumatic valve opens.

Note: In explosive atmosphere, please select explosion-proof solenoid valve!
