Installation Diagram and Instruction

Working principle: Remote control float valve is mainly used at the water inlet of the water tank or water tower, when the liquid level drops, the pilot valve opens and relieves the pressure, the pressure of the upper cavity of the main valve diaphragm decreases, the inlet pressure of the main valve will lift the spool, and the main valve will supply water supply to the tank (tower); when the liquid level rises to the set height, the pilot valve closes and the pressure in the upper chamber of the main valve diaphragm increases (and perhaps the pressure of the backflow of the medium at this time), close the main valve.
The minimum pressure differential required by the main valve is 2bar, the higher the water tank (tower), the greater the pressure required before the main valve.
The pipeline should be flushed before installation, and it can be maintained 1～2 times a year according to the water quality situation.
Priority is given to horizontal installation, and a globe valve should be installed before the valve to facilitate maintenance.
The medium flow direction must be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the valve body, and it cannot be reversed, and the liquid level height when the float reaches the highest position is the control liquid level height.
The connection conduit (4 copies pipe) between the pilot valve and the main valve, the user needs to configure the site according to the needs, our company does not provide.
