Working Principle (G2001 Straight Through Type)

How it Works:
In normal operation, the backwash control valve 1 is opened, and the fluid moves outside the filter cylinder under the block of the baffle 5. after passing through the filter net 3,flow to the outlet, at this time the blowdown control valve 7 is closed. in the automatic blowdown state, the backwash control valve 1 is closed, and the fluid is blocked by the butterfly plate 2 directly to the filter cylinder, and then through the filter net 3 from the outside the internal movement automatically flushes the debris on the filter net 3, and then flows to the sewage outlet 6, at this time the sewage control valve 7 is open, and the sewage passes through the sewage outlet 6 blowdown control valve 7 discharge. At the end of discharge, please close the discharge control valve in time 7.automatic blowdown, there is still some fluid flow to the outlet, so the outlet should be installed with on-off valves (such as globe valves, gate valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, etc.), turn it off during blowdown to improve backwash efficiency and avoid unfiltered fluid flow to the line behind the valve.
