09. Working principle: The lever float type steam trap valve is equipped with an automatic exhaust device 5. When it starts, air and condensate water enter the valve chamber. The automatic exhaust device 5 quickly expels the non-condensable gas in the system to prevent air lock; when steam and hot condensate water enter, the temperature in the valve chamber rises, and the automatic exhaust device 5 automatically closes under the heat. The float 7 moves up and down according to the rise and fall of the condensate water level, thereby driving the lever 6 to adjust the valve core opening degree, achieving the purpose of continuous discharge of condensate water. When the condensate water flows into the internal chamber of the trap valve, the liquid level in the valve chamber rises, and the float 7 moves upward as the liquid level rises driving the lever 6 to open the valve, and the condensate water discharges under the pressure of the steam, the condensate water reduces and the liquid level drops. The float 7 moves downward as the liquid level drops and drives the lever 6 to close the valve
